Thank you very much again at this point!
After connecting our double pump system, the pumps did not start and there was a suspicion that the pump control could be defective. During the troubleshooting that followed, Mr. B. actually invested several hours of his time in emails to the HOMA factory, obtaining advice from experts, making phone calls to me and more. This commitment was not a given. I would rather say that I have only experienced such “customer service” very rarely or perhaps never in this form. Grease separator shop is an absolute recommendation.

Dear people,
I wholeheartedly give this 5 stars. On Saturday evening around 9:30 p.m. our siphon system in the basement overflowed. Although there was hardly any chance that anyone would have time, a good friend of theirs came and fixed everything for us around midnight so that our basement wasn't completely destroyed.
As I said, a huge thank you for your support 💓

Thanks for the planning, contact with the authorities, installation of an NG4 and a double pump lifting system. Everything made in Germany. Even 400 km to the construction site was no problem. The boss prepared everything in advance with the owner and the authorities. 3 days of installation under difficult monument protection conditions. Nevertheless, there is an external connection as service access. Difficult urban requirements met. Boss instructs assembly team on site. The team completes the order completely and leaves the construction site clean and the system is functional. We would like to thank you for old-school craftsmanship from a young team!
